The 5 step claims process for stolen or damaged office equipment

Here is the 5 step claims process:

1. Call us first

If your equipment is damaged call us first before you take it somewhere for repair, we could save you the trouble!

2. Fill out the paperwork

We will ask you to complete a short claim form providing all the details we need to verify your claim

3. Copies of your receipts

If items have been stolen, we will ask for copies of purchase receipts

4. Collection

Once the claim has been verified we will appoint our specialist IT partners CATS Ltd who will usually contact you within 24 hours. Arrangements will be made for their courier to collect damaged items.

5. Replacement

CATS will source replacements for stolen items or repair damaged items to get you working again in the shortest time possible. Their courier will deliver the equipment to you.
